How are returns approved?
A return is first saved for review, then approved by an authorised user. Only then do customer balance and inventory movement change based on return or waste decision.
Can collections be allocated to specific invoices?
Yes. Allocate a payment across customer invoices, while any unapplied amount remains visible instead of being lost.
Can I import products or stock from Excel?
Yes. Import and receiving flows help add multiple items or quantities, with data reviewed before it is applied.
