1. Account and company responsibility
The person creating a company account must be authorised to do so. The account owner must provide accurate information, manage users and permissions, and keep sign-in details confidential.
The company is responsible for its products, prices, invoices, customers, and commercial decisions, as well as compliance with the local rules that apply to it.
2. Subscription and plans
Hesba offers annual plans with different limits and features. Price, limits, and available features are shown before subscription, and may include a free trial when this is advertised at sign-up.
Invoice limits apply monthly where specified. Other limits, including users, warehouses, products, or customers, depend on the plan. Custom limits may be available through Hesba.
3. Billing, payment, and renewal
The service continues for the approved subscription period. Outstanding charges must be paid by their due date to preserve account access.
Plan pricing or features may change for future subscriptions or renewals. We will communicate a material change before it applies with reasonable notice.
4. Using the platform
The company may use Hesba only for legitimate business operations.
- Do not use the platform for unlawful or harmful content, or to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass plan limits, or attempt unauthorised testing, copying, or reverse engineering.
- The company remains responsible for reviewing invoices, payments, and inventory before approval, even where the system provides calculations and warnings.
5. Data and ownership
The company retains ownership of the operational data it enters into Hesba. The company grants Hesba the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the service.
Hesba brand, software, designs, and platform content remain the property of Hesba or its licensors.
6. Availability and support
We aim to operate a stable service, but it may be temporarily affected by maintenance, updates, or external factors. We work to minimise impact and give notice of planned maintenance where practical.
Support covers help using the platform through the available channels. It does not automatically include data entry, accounting advice, or custom development unless separately agreed.
7. Suspension or termination
A company may cancel according to its subscription process. Hesba may restrict or suspend an account for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or a legal requirement.
Before permanent closure, export relevant data and contact support to arrange a structured handover or closure.
8. Limits of liability and law
Hesba is an operational tool and not a substitute for accounting, legal, or tax review. Hesba is not responsible for commercial decisions, inaccurate input, or unauthorised use of account credentials.
These terms are interpreted under the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait unless the law requires otherwise. For questions, contact support@hesba.app.
